GACHAGUA; RUTO ADVISED BY SCHOOL DROPOUTS

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has taken his charm offensive to the Eastern Region, lashing out at President Ruto , particularly his long time aide Farouk Kibet over his recent controversial remarks on Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.

Being accompanied by the Wiper leader, the former number two found it demeaning Farouk Kibet addressing Kalonzo, who he termed as weigh above Kibet's level.

“President William Ruto has sent a class six dropout here (Ukambani) to advise Kalonzo Musyoka, isn’t that looking down upon him?” Gachagua retorted.

The recently formed DCP leader further noted Kalonzo's academic and political prowess, maintaining that Ruto's aide was no where close to Kalonzo's calibre, talk about engaging with him .

“Even if Ruto wants to advise Kalonzo, who has a PhD and has served as a minister and Vice President, why would he send a class six dropout?" he questioned.

Gachagua went on attributing President Ruto's failure to his advisors, who he termed as school drop outs.

“The reason why Ruto's administration is failing is because two of Ruto's advisors are class four and class six dropouts. That's why they were here (Ukambani) to dish out money,” he alleged.

Ruto's allies such as Kapsaret MP, Oscar Sudi has previously been recorded admitting that he did not attend school.

Gachagua's remarks comes just a day after Farouk advised Kalonzo to ditch opposition, stating that he deserved a senior government position.

"I urge Kalonzo to start thinking seriously about working with his brother William Ruto so that he can be given a position in government," he said during an event in Kitui on 5, June .
