Embakasi North MP , James Gakuya has refuted the notion that Raila is the opposition leader. This comes just about two weeks since the former Premiere stated that he is in no coalition with the government.
During a live interview with a local radio station, Gakuya alleged that Raila has reaped so much from the government appointments since the signing of the MOU.
He continued that, the ODM- UDA pact is contradicting the parliamentary standing orders, since Raila is claiming to be in the minority side yet benefiting from the government.
The law maker furthered that Raila should stop misleading Kenyans and pay allegiance to the government is reaping from.
