KAKAMEGA COUNTY’S VOTER DISTRIBUTION REVEALED:MALAVA LEADS WITH 94,417 REGISTERED VOTERS

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has released the latest distribution of registered voters across Kakamega County, revealing a total of 844,551 voters spread across its 12 constituencies.
According to the data, Malava constituency holds the largest share with 94,417 registered voters, followed closely by Lurambi with 89,627 and Lugari with 86,908. These three areas alone account for nearly a third of the county’s total electorate.
On the other end, Mumias East recorded the lowest number of registered voters, standing at 50,568, while Mumias West and Khwisero also reported relatively lower numbers with 53,317 and 55,091 respectively.
