MP ICHUNG'WAH; RUTO IS NOT A MANIFESTO

A section of Kenya Kwanza allied leaders, led by Majority leader and Kikuyu MP, Kimani Ichung'wah, have castigated former DP, Rigathi Gachagua for his recent Kajiado tour, accusing him of peddling lies in the name of political agenda.

Speaking in an event hosted by Kajiado Woman Representative Leah Sankaire at Kajiado TTI, which brought together women, youth, and persons with disabilities under the NGAAF empowerment program, the Kikuyu Law Maker, accused Gachagua of indicting President Ruto instead of focusing on agendas which can help the region.

“Walisema ya Ruto, Ruto siyo agenda ya wananchi wa Kajiado. Wanafaa kuwaambia kuhusu manifesto yao, sio kupaka wengine matope,” he said.

In attendance was Kajiado Central MP , Memusi Kanchory who also joined Ichung'wah adding; “Mnapenda wanasiasa wakiwachekesha, lakini nyinyi ndio mnachagua wale watu wanapenda kuwadhalimu.”

The host, Kajiado Woman Rep Leah Sankaire also took the platform to state President Ruto's involvement in the event, “Leo kikundi yako ikifaidika, jua mkono wa rais uko hapo ndani.”

Gachagua wooed Kajiado some weeks back on Thursday,27 , March ,where he pledged to give Kajiado the lion share of his pre- formed political , including the post of the chairperson. Gachagua also argued that the region deserved more because of their loyalty to him.
