President William Ruto joins family and friends in eulogizing family Lawyer, Judy Thongori, who passed away while undergoing treatment in India. Senior Counsel and founder of Judy Thongori & Company Advocates had recently fallen ill. She succumbed to complications on the evening of January 14.
