RUTO IS THE BEST PRESIDENT EVER - MP KALUMA

In an epoch where President Ruto's regime is facing ferocious hostility from Kenyans, Homa Bay Town Law Maker Peter Kaluma has declared that President William Ruto is “the best leader Kenya has had since gaining independence in 1963.”

Speaking during a public function in his constituency, the ODM legislator commended the President’s leadership style, focus on development, and what he described as a deep commitment to grassroots empowerment.

The outspoken legislator, known for his independent stance on political matters, pointed to initiatives such as the Hustler Fund, the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA), and increased support for agriculture, health, and education as signs of tangible progress under Ruto’s administration.

“President Ruto has demonstrated that leadership is not about populism but about policy and action. For the first time, we have a president who genuinely listens to the common mwananchi,” Kaluma said.

“His focus on empowering small businesses and farmers is the most revolutionary economic plan we’ve seen in post-independence Kenya," he added.

Despite criticism over his statements, Kaluma remained unapologetic. He insisted that his opinion was based on performance and not influenced by political alignment.

“Whether you supported Azimio or Kenya Kwanza, we must be honest enough to acknowledge progress where it is evident,” he added.

Kaluma was once a core critic of president Ruto but he soon developed a soft spot for the president following the formation of a broad-based government between Raila Odinga's ODM and the ruling party , which saw the appointment of some ODM leaders into government .
