TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC has announced a major shake-up in its top management, appointing Biova Agbokou as the new Director and Chairperson of the Board, effective September 1, 2025.
Agbokou takes over from Elodie Luce, who has been reassigned within the TotalEnergies Group. The company expressed gratitude to Luce for her leadership and service during her tenure.
A seasoned executive within the TotalEnergies Group, Agbokou has held senior roles across Africa and Europe, including Vice President for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Paris, Deputy Managing Director for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline project in Kampala, and Managing Director for TotalEnergies Madagascar. She also has experience in asset management, health and safety, and regional operations leadership.
Agbokou holds a Master of Science in Operations Research and Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Master of Engineering from CentraleSupélec in France.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen TotalEnergies Kenya’s strategic direction as the company continues to expand its footprint in the local energy sector.
