João Félix has moved to Milan on loan for the rest of the season, just six months after joining Chelsea for £45m.
The Portugal forward had grown frustrated over his lack of opportunities under Enzo Maresca and will now enjoy more playing time after linking up with Sérgio Conceição at Milan, who are paying a loan fee of around £5m.
Félix scored seven goals in 20 appearances in all competitions during his second spell at Chelsea, who had him on loan during the 2022-23 season. He signed a six-year deal with the option of an extra year after joining from Atlético Madrid, with his arrival facilitating the purchase of Conor Gallagher from Chelsea by Atlético.
Other players who left the bridge include England left-back, Ben Chilwell, who joined Crystal Palace on loan, and Axel Disasi who joined Aston Villa on a loan deal as well.
Borussia Dortmund signed the midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka on loan with an option for a permanent deal, as Chelsea agreed a deal in the region of £12m for the St-Étienne midfielder Mathis Amougou.
