Four standout players from the Safaricom Chapa Dimba All-Stars program are set to join Spanish Segunda Division club SD Huesca’s academy.
The youngsters impressed during a one-week training camp in Spain, where Huesca coaches assessed their skills and potential. At the close of the camp, the club confirmed it will select four Kenyan talents to return and spend a full year at Huesca’s academy, gaining professional exposure and European football experience.
The initiative builds on growing ties between the Chapa Dimba tournament and European clubs. It follows the path of Denzel Omollo and Jibreel Ismail, who are already training at the Huesca academy.
Officials said the move is designed to help Kenya’s rising stars gain top-level coaching and open doors to professional football careers abroad.
