Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga has slammed president William Ruto accusing him of betraying people who put him in power.
Speaking, Kahiga noted that they already knew what would happen as nobody is complaining. It's the ultimate price for standing with the people.
" Nobody is complaining because this was expected. It is the ultimate price for standing with our people. One undeniable fact is that two years down the line , president Ruto has unashamedly betrayed those who put him in power ", he said.
This comes after President William Ruto's decision to take a purge on former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua's allies in the national assembly committees.
