George Oduor, a long term aide and bodyguard to former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, has passed away while undergoing treatment at Nairobi West Hospital.
Reports confirmed Oduor’s death, highlighting that he had been hospitalized for the past two weeks.
Oduor’s death has been met with tributes from politicians and close allies.
ODM communications director Philip Etale and Kileleshwa MCA, Robert Alai are among leaders who expressed their pain in losing such a close friend
"This is one man who stood by me at all costs. I have lost a friend. Big bro. Rest easy, George. Wah!" Etale wrote in his social media.
