SENATOR LEDAMA PROVIDES HACKS TO PACIFY THE ENRAGED GENZs

Taking to his X account on Tuesday, 8, just a day after the Saba Saba protests, Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina has provided the government with strategies of quelling the ongoing protests, that seem to be out powering President Ruto's intelligence.

He first begun by acknowledging flaws in job creating strategies, increased borrowing, impunity among resource holders and indefinite division of power as the root cause of the mayhem.

"From my perspective, the current protests in Kenya, led by Gen Z, center around crucial issues such as job creation, the need to reduce international loans, the importance of fiduciary responsibility, and a clear enforcement of the separation of powers, " he wrote.

The policy shaper went on dismissing any moves in incorporating the former DP Rigathi Gachagua in the reparation table. He termed him as a problem maker and intolerant.

"Any discussions should not include Riggy G, as he has exhibited problematic behavior. He is a bigot!"

In concurrence with the Saba Saba constitutional amendments calls of ODM leader Raila Odinga, he advised that there is a need to engage in talks that would reshape the country's economic and industrial trajectory — for job creation.

"Instead, talks should focus on analyzing county budgets to identify ways to devolve more funds and create jobs for youth, particularly in areas like road construction, industrial development, and agribusiness. "

"This is the only way to address the current issues effectively, " he concluded.

Ledama was once very vocal against President Ruto's regime but the Ruto-Raila bromance resulting to a broad-based government served him with a soft spot for President Ruto.
His remarks signify a desperate need to merge powers into addressing the issue that have rendered their broad-based pact rattled.
